REVOLUTIONARY
INCOME TECHNIQUES, LLC. was incorporated by management consultant
and entrepreneur Richard W. Charette. After years of providing marketing
services to law firms, Rit, as he likes to be called, developed a
business concept that allows non-professionals, with or without a
college degree, to essentially “own” their own law firm
or other professional corporation—without actually owning it.
Once he figured out how to legally circumvent the barriers, Rit
hired contract lawyers from a top law firm to help him work out
the details and devise the contracts that would make it all possible.
The attorneys themselves, as well as the Bar Association, were amazed
at the system he had formulated. Never before had someone uncovered
a completely legal way for a regular, non-professional individual
to do what could now be done. Once that was accomplished, Rit submitted
his business concept to the United States Patent Office for their
approval and protection.
