Opportunity FAQ Getting Started About Us

What Makes this Such A Great Opportunity?

In order to be successful in today’s marketplace, you must be able to offer the public a product or services that they either want, or need.

As we all know, people’s desires often shift with whatever is popular at the moment. What’s “in” today can be outdated in a season. Our needs, however, tend to remain fairly constant and straightforward.

Beyond the basics of food, clothing and shelter, there are also a number of services that nearly every household must rely upon in the course of daily living. However, these are often services that only a professional can provide. And, we all know, professional level services cost money. We also know that it is the professionals who are making money—the doctors, lawyers, dentists, veterinarians, architects and others who are licensed to provide qualified advice and care.

The reality is you will never be able to practice law or medicine without the appropriate degrees and qualifications. However, it is also now a reality that you can “create” a professional corporation of your choosing under this new patent. You can even select and hire the attorney or doctor you would like to own the professional entity you have established.

Through a uniquely configured relationship based on contractual agreements, the management company that you establish provides an array of services to run the non-professional aspects of the professional entity you choose to open. This may include providing rental space and equipment, maintenance services, administrative and clerical personnel and marketing. These are all provided to the professional corporation by the management company on a contract basis. The only thing the professional actually owns is his or her legal right to practice. In fact, legally the management company can hire or fire the professional. And, that is because you essentially “own” the professional corporation, without actually owning it. You will, however, be in a position to benefit from the income being realized by the professional firm which will always remain in debt to the management company.
